The class is donation based - recommended at 50kr per class with income going to charity

Options to have dynamic vinyasa, slow paced hatha or restorative practice
Take a “time off” for some hours to emerge in your yoga and meditation practice. The urban retreats and deep dive workshops create a tremendous opportunity to take time for yourself, assess where your body and mind is and rebalance through the teachings of yoga.
